Science 1970 till now my main work concentrated on teaching physics especially Radiation Biophysics, Medical physics and biophysics for the undergraduate and postgraduate students of colleges of medicine, Science and pharmacy. Also teaching special courses in field of radiation therapy, physics of x ray, Radioisotopes in medicine and biology (nuclear medicine), physics for radiographer, physics for Anesthesia and all related biomedical subject

18. My present plan of research based on building an ultrasensitive reader for light detection to be used for biomedical samples in routine hospital test investigated by means of chemiluminesence or bioluminesence using fluorescence materials or fluorescence dyes.
Application: Hematology and blood banking, Bacteriology, immunology and clinical biochemistry.
Since third world is suffering from expensive and sophisticated instruments in routine hospital measurements (a big problem which need maintenance and spar parts and purchasing some time is impossible). Alternative inexpensive techniques are possible based on analytical application of chemi-bio-luminescence (a sensitive physical methods application in routine hospital diagnosis already used).
An ultra high sensitive photon counting system has been designed and built in the university of Basrah , college of medicine, Dept. of physiology and used for all biomedical measurements for the chemiluminesence of tissue and blood samples of healthy and diseases human subjects which have extremely weak luminescence .Hoping to be used as a multi purpose in application in the field of hematology , blood banking , bacteriology , immunology , clinical biochemistry , granulocytes functional activity and cancer research .
